We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you. However, we’d be happy to exchange it / offer store credit in the following cases:

• An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, not matching the item in your confirmation email.
• The garment you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.
• The garment is not of the right size in which case, it is eligible for a size exchange only, in the same piece.
• Please note that if any garment has been customised for colour, it will not be eligible for an exchange/return.
• SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.
• ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged/returned.

Please ensure that the tags and packaging should be intact and product(s) should be unused. You can email us on info@ ayodhyahandicraft.in with the SUBJECT: “(order no) + EXCHANGE / RETURN” within 5 days of receiving the products.

Incase of a Defect in the Product

We would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures. Once our team sees and approves the defect, you will have to ship the product back to our address & we will process your request once received.

Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.

You can ship the parcel to us at If you’d like for us to arrange a reverse pick up, it will be at an additional cost.

Kindly note, shipping charges for the above will be borne by the customer. Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will ship the new product.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

No refund/cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed as the products are sent into production.

Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at info@ayodhyahandicraft.in   with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn’t been shipped.

Exchange / Return for Orders

We have easy Return & Exchange Policy to ensure a smoother experience for you. Going forward, the delivery timeframe for exchanged products will be as follows:

📦 Exchange Processing Time: 2 days after return approval
🚚 Delivery of Exchanged Product: Within 7-10 days after processing
